WHY STUDY THE CHAKRAS?

Activating the chakras is key to allowing us to feel more balanced in life and helps enhance our intuition. 

 

The Chakras are our own inner guide to self-realization. They are the energy centers in the body that coordinate roughly with the spine, the nervous system, and its plexus'.

 

What does that really mean or more importantly how is this practical?

Tuning into the subtle body helps us to understand what
we're really aiming for when we practice yoga.

 

Unfortunately there's so many misconceptions about the Chakras and the subtle body. 

 

Most of the information seems generic, a little too airy fairy, and or difficult for a Yogi to apply to their practice. 

 

Studying the subtle body and the chakras will take you deeper, and enhance your quality of movement.

 

Alignment is important, in laying the ground work in a yoga practice. But the great teachers and gurus all emphasize taking this next step after building a proper foundation.

 

That's why I've created this series.
